I've Been Thinking...

Hosted by Playwrights’ Studio, Scotland

Location: Terrace Bar, CCA, 350 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow

Dates: 28 April and 30 June 2010

How do we forge a sense of community between individual artists?  How do we share our thoughts and reactions to the world around us, and explore the richness of our experiences?

The Playwrights’ Studio, Scotland, invite you as writers from all levels of experience to join us for I’ve Been Thinking..., a series of informal gatherings and discussions every other month. Speakers will talk about a topic on their minds, leading to conversations, discussions and debate over a drink.

Following the success of our Iran discussion, held on 24 February, where Julie Ellen (Creative Director, Playwrights' Studio, Scotland) was joined by Nazil Tabatabai-khatambakhsh and Maryam Hamidi to discuss life and culture for artists in Iran, and reactions to the situation there, we invite you to come along to our future sessions on April 28 and June 30, with fresh topics shaping each event.

For further information regarding the next conversation on 28 April, please contact to Alice Chinn at alice@playwrightsstudio.co.uk
