Julie Tsang is a playwright and performer from Glasgow.
The highlight of Julie's career came when The Sorry Story of the Angel and the Bear was performed alongside writing by some of her favourite playwrights: Alan Ayckbourn, J.P. Donleavy, Athol Fugard and Patrick Marber. This encouraged Julie to continue her passion of writing for the stage.
Her plays include: Like this... at Tron Theatre; Angel/Bear as part of Mayfesto; Run at Write it!; The Sorry Story of the Angel and the Bear with Scene Unseen at Tron Theatre; Ragdolls as part of Reclaim the F word at Tron Theatre; Look After Me with Three Minute Theatre, Òran Mór; and Troon live recording podcast with Makeshift Broadcast. In 2015, Julie's play Troon was shortlisted for the Short Play Award at Cumbernauld Theatre.
