Hear Me

Led by Ramesh Meyyappan

Writer and performer Ramesh Meyyappan (Off Kilter) leads a workshop on visual theatre and non-verbal storytelling. Ramesh explores how to build accessibility into the heart of your story, creating compelling theatre that is open to all. BSL and non-BSL users are welcome.

Led by Starcatchers & Christine Devaney

In the Year of Young People 2018, join Starcatchers and choreographer Christine Devaney in a practice-sharing workshop. The workshop explores Christine's creative approaches to making MamaBabaMe, her first work for early years audiences.

You, Me and Everything In-Between

Led by Glas (s) Performance

Award-winning theatre company Glas(s) Performance (OLD BOY) lead a workshop on creating intergenerational theatre that seeks to inspire and provoke. They will share a series of practical tools designed to examine similarity and difference on stage, in order to explore the bigger things that connect us as human beings.

V for Verbatim

1.30 - 3.30pm
Led by Mark Jeary and Mariem Omari

Join the creative team from Blackout for a workshop exploring the use of verbatim text in building dramatic stories for the stage. Learn how to interview flexibly, edit with integrity, and give audiences honest, hard-hitting, entertaining theatre.
