Bluey Little

Bluey Little (she/they) is a queer poet and theatremaker from Glasgow by way of Leeds. She likes to make joyful searching work that finds the extraordinary in the ordinary.

As a poet, Bluey has had works printed in numerous publications, most recently The Lickety~Split and Daughterhood. As a dramatist, she has written for Scottish Youth Theatre's 2020 Stories: The View from Here series and scratched work through Traverse Young Writers, which she later developedinto her first full-length play, Kith. In addition to their work as a writer, Bluey has served as a script reader for the Royal Court's Script Panel and later Script Pool, and for Theatre Uncut's Political Playwriting Prize.

Bluey holds a BA with First Class Honours in Drama and Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway and an MLitt with Distinction in Playwriting and Dramaturgy from the University of Glasgow.
