Christine Lindsay is a playwright and screenwriter born and brought up in a small rural mining village near Cobbinshaw.
Dare to Care made its Scottish tour in 2014, having been commissioned by Stellar Quines. The play was directed by Muriel Romanes having been previously presented at a Rehearsal Room reading at the Traverse Theatre in 2010.

Christine's advisory TV work (2001-2006) includes working with Shed Productions (London) with the drama Bad Girls.
Other theatre works include many of her short play readings which featured at the Monday Lizard hosted by the Traverse Theatre and also hosted at Valvona and Corolla when Scottish and Italian Theatre got together.
Christine is always working on other theatre projects and is currently writing a screenplay.
