Jaimini graduated from the University of Westminster BA (Hons) Film, Television and Photographic Arts where she studied with Toni Grisoni 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'. She also studied at the National Film School and Northern Film School screenwriting. She was shortlisted for Hollyoaks and River City, and her first feature film was finalist in the Chesterfield Screenwriting Competition. Jaimini was also mentored by Kenneth Trodd as part of the BBC Migrations writing program. Her short film 'The Interview' was screened at Edinburgh International Film Festival. Jaimini's human rights documentaries won best short documentary in SEE Me Film Festival. She has worked with Dundee Rep, National Theatre Scotland and Stellar Quines on her new play 'Last Queen Of Scotland as part of the Made in Scotland showcase and showcasing at the Undebelly and Dundee Rep summer 2017. Jaimini is currently working with The Royal Lyeum Edinburgh and is in discussions with the Dundee Rep about her new play Hindu Times. She has also recently been shortlisted with BBC Scotland for Radio Drama All Rise and InterConnected.
