Julie Tsang is an award winning playwright from Glasgow. In 2017 Julie won the Scotland Short Play Award in association with Cumbernauld Theatre. She is a former mentored playwright with The Playwrights Studio Scotland in 2012. Julie was selected as one of the writers on Yellow Earths Professional Writer Programme 2018-2019 in London.

Spring Lantern Riddles (Playing with Tales) with the Royal Shakespeare Company's Chinese Classics Translation Project, performed at the Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh 2020.
Fix - produced by Unbroken Theatre, Yellow Earth Theatre and the Pleasance Theatre. Performed at Pleasance Theatre London 2020. Staged reading at Soho Theatre 2018.
The Family Unit -performed at Barons Court Theatre, London 2019. Extract read at Rep Stripped Festival, Dundee Rep 2019.Bruntwood Prize long-listed play 2019.

Julie is a facilitator for Stage to Page, a voluntary collective of writers, directors and actors who meet monthly to conduct short public workshops of scenes from brand new plays.
