Kevin MacNeil

Kevin is an award-winning writer from the Outer Hebrides, now resident in London. He is a novelist, playwright, poet, editor, lyricist, and Creative Writing lecturer. His books include Love and Zen in the Outer Hebrides (Canongate), The Stornoway Way (Penguin), and A Method Actor's Guide to Jekyll and Hyde (Polygon). Plays include Sweetness (Dogstar Theatre). He is an Honorary Writer in Residence at Kingston University, and formerly taught on the Creative Writing MSc at the University of Edinburgh and at Uppsala University, where he formed The Third Shoe Drama Group. He is a keen cyclist and a practising Buddhist.
