Public Events
Playwrights' Studio provide entry-level workshops and events to ensure that as many people in Scotland have access to high quality learning experiences. This can be learning to write a play themselves, being involved in a rehearsed reading or a discussion event. Our community playwriting strand, Born to Write, provides an intensive and accelerated insight into playwriting, for those from areas of socio-economic deprivation, low levels of arts provision and engagement and no previous experience.
